COMPANY IDENTITY
SHAOXING SYNLY SPORTING GOODS CO., LTD. and Shengzhou Xinli Plastic Co., Ltd. are related parent-and-subsidiary companies under the same legal representative. The sporting-goods company focuses on pickleball products and overseas customers, while the plastic company provides the injection-molding experience and manufacturing base behind product development.
WHAT WE MANUFACTURE
• Injection-molded pickleballs and related plastic products
• 40-hole pickleballs for clubs, distributors and private-label programs
• A new roto-molded-style 48-hole pickleball now under sample validation
• Pickleball paddles, including carbon-fiber material evaluation and future junior models
• Custom molded plastic parts and selected patented sealing components
For complementary equipment that is not made in our own workshop, such as portable pickleball nets, we can coordinate supplier selection, inspection, consolidation and export. We clearly separate in-house manufacturing from sourced items.
MANUFACTURING AND TESTING
Our team has more than 30 years of injection-molding experience. Product work covers material selection, mold support, process control, sample checks and production inspection. Available testing equipment supports drop impact, temperature and humidity, hardness, moisture, density, tensile properties, melt flow and elasticity checks.
For the new 48-hole ball, sample validation is in progress. If elasticity, durability, roundness and batch-consistency tests pass, the current target is batch production in September 2026.
EXPORT SUPPORT
We have practical experience with sea freight, air freight and international express shipping. The team can help choose an export method for the order size and destination, prepare documents and reduce avoidable customs delays. Trial orders and factory visits can be discussed before a larger program.

Is SYNLY a manufacturer or a trading company?
SYNLY has its own injection-molding manufacturing base. When a project also needs sourced accessories, we identify those items separately and manage supplier inspection and export coordination.
Can clubs and distributors test samples?
Yes. Sample testing can be arranged before a larger order. Feedback from real club play is especially useful for hot-weather and durability validation.
Does SYNLY support OEM and private-label orders?
Yes. We support product, color, logo, packaging and project discussions according to the product type and order volume.
How can an overseas buyer verify the factory?
Buyers can request current workshop photos, product and testing records, video meetings, samples or an on-site factory visit.
