48-Hole Pickleball Prototype Update: Sample Testing Starts This Week
SYNLY's roto-molded-style 48-hole pickleball prototype enters sample testing this week, with improved elasticity and durability testing open to clubs and associations.

SYNLY’s latest roto-molded-style 48-hole pickleball prototype has reached a new milestone: sample testing is scheduled to begin this week.
Our goal is not simply to add more holes. We are developing a 48-hole ball with useful elasticity, stable play and reliable service life for clubs, associations, distributors and organized events.
What Has Improved?
In initial internal comparisons with 48-hole balls sourced from other suppliers, the latest SYNLY prototype showed better elasticity. This is an early comparison result, not a final durability claim.
Durability still needs to be verified through repeated impact and real-court use. We will publish more detailed information only after the samples complete testing.
What We Will Test This Week
• Bounce height and bounce consistency
• Roundness and flight stability
• Repeated-impact resistance and crack development
• Hole geometry and batch consistency
• Performance during club-style practice sessions
These checks will help us decide whether the current material formulation and production process are ready for the next development stage.
Clubs and Associations Are Welcome to Join
Laboratory checks are important, but real play provides different information. Clubs and associations can help evaluate how the ball performs during drills, open play and repeated high-impact sessions.
We welcome organizations interested in durability testing to contact SYNLY. Useful feedback may include session length, court conditions, player level, visible deformation and the number of impacts before performance changes.
From Prototype to Production
SYNLY will not treat elasticity alone as proof of a successful product. The prototype must also demonstrate durability, consistent manufacturing and practical value for B2B buyers. Further production timing will be confirmed after this testing stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 48-hole pickleball already in mass production?
No. The latest prototype is entering sample testing this week.
Has durability been confirmed?
Not yet. Durability is one of the main items that still needs repeated-impact and real-court testing.
Who can participate in testing?
Pickleball clubs, associations and other organized playing groups are welcome to discuss a test program with SYNLY.
