SYNLY Pickleball Sample Testing Program for Clubs and Partners
Clubs, associations, distributors, brands and coaches can apply to test SYNLY pickleballs and equipment before purchasing or beginning an OEM project.

SYNLY Pickleball Sample Testing Program for Clubs and Partners
Buying equipment from photos and specifications is not enough. Clubs, associations, distributors, private-label brands and coaches need real-court evidence before they commit to a bulk order.
SYNLY is opening a partner sample-testing program so qualified organizations can evaluate selected pickleballs and equipment, provide structured feedback and discuss the next step directly with our factory team.
Who Can Apply?
Pickleball clubs and facilities
Test balls or equipment during normal club sessions. Feedback from different player levels helps us evaluate consistency, durability and suitability for rental or training use.
Associations and tournament organizers
Evaluate products for events, demonstrations, community programs or future tournament supply. We welcome structured testing under real playing conditions.
Distributors and private-label brands
Compare quality, packaging, customization and batch requirements before deciding on a trial order or OEM project.
Coaches and training centers
Test equipment with beginners, juniors and experienced players. Coach feedback is especially useful for control, feel, visibility and training-set design.
Products in the Testing Program
Available products depend on the current development stage and inventory. The program may include:
- 40-hole outdoor pickleballs
- indoor and training pickleballs
- the new roto-molded-style 48-hole prototype
- paddle samples after material and construction validation
- selected customized equipment and promotional products
The 48-hole prototype is entering sample evaluation. We are checking elasticity first, followed by durability, temperature stability and real-court consistency. Paddle specifications will be announced only after the current carbon-fiber material tests are completed.
What Feedback Do We Need?
A useful test report does not need to be complicated. We want to know:
- court surface and indoor or outdoor use
- temperature and weather
- player level and approximate playing time
- bounce and flight consistency
- cracking, deformation or visible wear
- paddle feel, weight consistency or edge-guard issues
- photos, short video and player comments
What SYNLY Provides
Qualified organizations may apply for free sample testing. Product availability, sample quantity, shipping method and freight or customs responsibilities will be confirmed before dispatch.
If the test is successful, SYNLY can discuss low-quantity trial orders, OEM or ODM customization, logo and packaging, production planning, international express, air freight and sea freight.
How to Apply
Send the following information:
- Organization or company name
- Country and website or social page
- Customer type: club, association, distributor, brand or coach
- Product you want to test
- Expected number and level of testers
- Testing location and planned schedule
Frequently Asked Questions
Are samples free?
Qualified partners may apply for free sample testing. Approval depends on the organization, requested product, development stage and testing plan. Shipping terms are confirmed separately.
Can a club test the new 48-hole pickleball?
Yes, subject to prototype availability. We are looking for structured feedback on elasticity, durability, bounce and performance under different temperatures.
Can a distributor request a customized sample?
Yes. Logo, color, packaging and other customization can be discussed. Some customized samples may require setup costs.
Can coaches join the program?
Yes. Coaches and training centers are valuable testing partners because they work with different skill levels and can provide repeatable feedback.
