SYNLY's newly developed 48-hole pickleball is now available for mass production for OEM and wholesale programs. The design goal is better elasticity and durability. Final specifications, sample availability, MOQ, lead time and customization must still be confirmed for each order.

Mass-production availability does not mean that every specification, certification or performance claim can be assumed. Buyers should define the intended use, approve a model-specific sample and agree on inspection and packaging requirements before placing a bulk order.

What does “available for mass production” mean?

It means SYNLY can discuss commercial production for the newly developed 48-hole model rather than treating it only as a future R&D concept. Buyers can now start an order-specific review covering configuration, quantity, samples, branding, packaging and delivery planning.

Inspection criteria

Do not copy dimensions, weights or test results from another ball model. The final specification should match the sample and the approved purchase order.

3. Approve a physical sample or golden sample

Sample availability should be confirmed for each project. When samples are available, record the approved configuration and use it as a practical reference for production.

A sample review can cover:

Visual appearance and color

Roundness and obvious deformation

Weight and dimensional checks

Bounce comparison within the agreed method

Hole-edge quality

Logo position and print quality

Packaging fit and labeling

Keep the approved sample, specification and artwork version together. This reduces disagreements when the bulk order is inspected.

4. Agree on quality checks before ordering

Avoid unsupported statements such as “heat resistant,” “cold resistant,” “longer service life” or a guaranteed number of impacts unless the exact model has approved evidence and the test method is defined. A development goal is not the same as a completed test result.

5. Confirm MOQ, lead time and production schedule

MOQ and lead time can change with color, logo, packaging, order quantity and material planning. Ask the supplier to confirm:

Production lead time after sample and artwork approval

Packaging lead time

Inspection timing

Do not publish a delivery promise before the factory confirms the current schedule for the exact order.

6. Review branding and packaging as part of the product

OEM colors, logo printing and packaging can be discussed during project planning. Feasibility, MOQ, artwork requirements and timing must be confirmed for each request.

Before production, approve:

Logo artwork and print color

Product color reference

Pack count

Retail label content

Barcode and importer information, when required

Inner carton and master-carton markings

Country-specific warnings or compliance text

Packaging errors can delay an otherwise acceptable product, so artwork approval should be treated as a production gate.

7. Check tournament and approval requirements separately

USA Pickleball's current Equipment Standards Manual states that an approved ball must have a minimum of 26 and a maximum of 40 circular holes. The ball selected for a USA Pickleball-sanctioned tournament must also appear on the official approved-ball list.

Therefore, a 48-hole pickleball should not be described as USA Pickleball approved under the current rule. Buyers planning sanctioned competition should select a model on the current approved list and verify its status before the event.

The 48-hole model can still be discussed for recreational play, training, evaluation and other non-sanctioned programs, subject to the buyer's own requirements.
